Although they placed me on a 27 minute hold. I literally had time to drive there and wait in line and they still did not pick up the call that I was on hold.. I think that is very rude. The gentleman that checked me in was fantastic.
I didn’t like the fact that I called and was placed on hold. I did not want to book through booking.com. I wanted to book through their facility and I wanted to know the rates but since there was only one room available, I went ahead and booked, so I’m not sure if I could’ve got a better deal through booking through the facility or not and then I couldn’t get points .
