I love how convenient this location is to all the restaurants and to the event Hall that I was attending to.

Everything was very clean, it was quiet, it had everything we need it and more. Easy to check in and staff was nice and helpful.

This hotel offers a great view of the Capitol building. The games by the pool were tons of fun and my teen enjoyed the spa. The lobby was so cool and clean as was the breakfast area.
Our air conditioner did not work until about 17 hours until check out. On the 11 floor in Sacramento heat penetrating the room. It was hot.
I reached out on the first full day there that it was not cold in our room (checked in late Thursday night) on Friday afternoon. Engineering came and said we turned the air too cold and it froze and it had to defrost.
The next day, Saturday it was, still not cool in the room despite engineering coming by again saying we refroze it.
Sunday, it was still frozen. I went directly to the front desk and requested my room be serviced by housekeeping (we never even had our bed made or trash removed unless I did it myself up until that point of our stay. Imagine that though, when housekeeping finally came in, my daughter happens to be there and said the ac still was not working and the attendant said “oh no, it’s too hot in here," and reached out herself to engineering. After an hour away at the pool my air was finally fixed. So for a grand total of 18 hours out of our 90 hour stay. I had my bed made once and a few hours of cool air. I’m glad i only paid $250ish per night to feel sweaty/ clammy in our room and making us feel like we were responsible for the ac system breaking.
When I brought it up to the front desk as I was checking out after having loaded everything in my truck they asked if I’d like a late check out. 🙁
