Quaint little beach town hotel, in more of a residential area. There is a coffee shop and a tap house conveniently located right next to the hotel so you’ve got breakfast lunch and dinner steps away if needed. You can’t see the ocean from the hotel itself but you’re roughly a blocks walk down from incredible views. You’re also a ~10ish minute drive from Pismo Beach pier for incredible beach access and great restaurants and bars.
The room we stayed in was on the small side which isn’t a deal breaker, just something to consider. Bring your eye mask if you like a dark room in the morning, the sun blasts right through the shutters. 😂

location was great, parking is free and right in front of the room, room is clean, huge and has everything whats needed, lady in the reception was very sweet
Poor sound isolation from outside and other rooms, bring earplugs, and the room had very week wifi signal, probably as our room was the farthest from the reception
