Lovely old-school vibe, spacious rooms, convenient location not far from the airport, friendly staff, great shuttle service to/from downtown or the pier or anywhere you wanted to go.
Walls & floors could have been a bit cleaner. Airport shuttle, my main reason for choosing this hotel, did not begin running until 9am. It would have been helpful to have that specified on their website. Had to Uber instead. Breakfast food was institutional & bland.

Location was great, and suite was good size .
Floors were so dirty & staff was so rude while I was there I had an encounter with staff member because there weren't any utensils left so went to go ask and she came out mad and told me there was some there but there was only forks and walked away, like how am I suppose to cut my pancakes especially with kids! Very rude and not helpful at all !!
