Other than the alarm going off in the next room much too early, the stay met our expectations.

I liked the room arrangement, the comfortable bed, and friendliness of staff.

In the next room an alarm starting going off before 5 a.m. and woke us up. It didn't stop going off until after 7:30 a.m. It was disturbing us and made us awaken much earlier than we wanted to.

The staff was very friendly.

The room smelled extremely musty, and the toilet rocked on its base. The area around the pool was extremely disgusting. There were used bandaids, hair ties, and dead bugs all over the tile, and no towels were available.

Fit my needs well

The breakfast was great! The bed and room were very comfortable.

The sign on driveway was broken. The sign above door on front of building was duct taped on. There was a sign inside the entrance that said the elevator was not working. Fortunately I was given a room on ground floor at no additional charge.

Ok Hotel

Breakfast was good.

Broken elevator which didn't get fixed as stated. Had to get a different room. shelf in cupboard above hanging clothes came down in the middle of the night, makeshift work had been previously done! They had the dispenser bottles for shampoo, etc. in shower but a couple were empty. I told the main desk when we checked out to make sure staff filled them and she said we are getting rid of those so we are not refilling, would have been good to know ahead of time. Thank goodness I brought my own.

elevator was broke we came with a team of softball girls lots of bags coolers and staff wasn’t even helpful on getting us a room on 1st floor or even 2nd.. on the top level not happy

There are many motels within a mile of this one. Next time I will choose a different one.

The elevator was out of order. Judging by the door that covered where the elevator was, I think it has been out of order for a while. We did not enjoy carrying our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. The property is located right by a little pond. We were awakened every morning at dawn by geese honking loudly.

Good place to stay if you are looking for a place yo sleep. Rooms are clean. Comfortable beds

Elevator was not working. My sisters were staying there 2 days prior to my arrival and it wasn't working. My room was on the third floor I did ask to be moved to first. There was a room available but at first they wanted to charge me more till I explained the elevator problem was not my fault and then the gave the room to for the same price

Very disappointing.

Ok - no fresh fruit

Bathroom floor dirty. Bed made up poorly. Fire alarm went off at 4:45 am. Trash cans in room not emptied.

We come to Olathe several times a year. We will not come here again!

management was not professional. Had a problem with booking and manager was supposed to call me back. Never did. Emailed 3 times. No response. Finally talked to him in person and he skirted the issue and tried to blame me for having too many cancellations. Breakfast was not good…

Super good place to stay

I average about 25 nights a year staying in motels. I HATE a hard flat bed, if I wanted that I’d just throw a blanket on the floor. about 98% of motels have HARD FLAT MATTRESS. Not so here, best bed I’ve slept in at a motel in a very very long time. Hot water, good shower and cold AC. Breakfast was a real breakfast as well, eggs, sausage, biscuits, and gravy. good coffee.

Much below average

Breakfast was average with very little offerings

The two people at the counter when i entered had no clue on what they were doing. I almost cancelled the room and drove away.

Will NEVER stay there again, it was an aweful experience!! Probably not another COMFORT INN at all.

The shower was actually great - good water pressure.

The lock on our door "broke" and we couldn't get back in our room. We were told the battery in the door lock went dead, but told something different the next morning. We were moved to another room with smaller beds and were uncomfortable. Couldn't get a local channel. They wouldn't give any kind of discount for the inconvenience or smaller accommodations. Staff was, at times, difficult to communicate with. Looking at the charges on my credit card, they charged me twice.
