Location comfort and staff.
Being charged twice for my stay two times but they corrected the issue both times.

Close to everything. The little arcade was fun. Good breakfast.
Hot tub hasn’t been usable in a year we were told which was disappointing. We were hoping the restaurant part would’ve had more convenient hours too.
