Beautiful, updated, elegant hotel
Parking garage was attached to the hotel, but not attached to every floor. Three trips from car to room took approximately 20 minutes and many steps. Plan accordingly!

It’s gorgeous.. Logan the front desk clerk upon check in was engaging.. welcoming.. and very helpful..
Upon check out the mid fifties woman with strawberry blonde hair .. didn’t get her name .. needs to have a training orientation on what not to say to guests.. an older gentleman who butted in line in front of of me .. yes.. she probably assumed we were together .. we weren’t .. I over heard her say to him “oh I’m not from here .. not familiar with the area .. from beaver dam ripon ? .. he does not care .. it’s not about her .. it’s about your guests standing in front of you ..
The same with the woman in the cafe .. she obviously did not want to be there either ..

Someone tried to get in our — I believe with a keycard. Maybe the room was double assigned. That was a little scary.
