Easy location, friendly staff at desk, comfortable bed and pillows, complimentary breakfast, refrigerator and microwave in room

The rooms are pretty nice and clean.
The beds are as hard as rocks.
A major reason we choose this particular property is because it is the only one in town with EV chargers. However, they don’t work anymore. Last time we were here, a few months ago, only 1 of the 2 worked but now they’re both down. I can’t find a way to notify the charger company and hotel staff doesn’t have/want anything to do with them.
We might as well get a room closer to Target where there are many Tesla Superchargers.
