We had stayed there before and it was fine. It was a busy wkend due to SU family wkend but it was better the year before

Location. Garage. They delivered extra pillows promptly.

No blankets. Room was never cleaned nor bed made during the 3 nights there. Had to ask for towels and given very few. No bathmat. One hand towel for 2 ppl

Horrible experience staff was great tried to resolve issue

Location close to Syracuse university as my daughter attends that college

Room was horrible the shower looked like the ceiling would collapse the bathroom was tiny / I mad to call the front desk when we put the sink water on there was a leak in the main faucet water was coming out from it so fast I had to use all the towels to clean it up. I was exhausted from moving my daughter into vomited and just wanted to get to bed other than I would have asked for a different room. The main desk. Was so helpful the gentleman brought up new towels unfortunately because we booked it on booking.com they couldn’t compliment my room they deducted my parking fee and gave me a breakfast voucher didn’t use it as I checked out the next morning to meet my daughter at college. Then to top it off our room was set up as a connecting room and the people next door were having a loud discussion. Never again that was a waste of $450

Barely adequate

Problem with cleaning crew not leaving 2 wash clothes, and on second day they left dirty towels and the clean ones just stacked on the bed, bathroom not down, beds not made.

NYS requires that they not use water, so showers and rinsing took forever, low flow toilet, always had to flush twice, and the soap, both body wash and hair, was "we proudly supply plant based products," DOES NOT CLEAN!!! We bought our own soap and hair products in order to keep clean.

Very good

Comfortable, and clean

The management needs to beef up their staff. We had dinner and drinks and only one person to handle the bar and serve 22 people(I counted) but I believe Sherry was her name, did an incredible job handling all of it with humor and efficiency and was very personable and actually kept all going. Having been a GM in my career in hotels and private country clubs I can tell she is a keeper. She enjoys her job even under pressure. Kudos to her. She made up for any shortcomings in short staff.

Fine for a night but the price surge for was ridiculous for what it was!!

Bathroom Very small. Toilet needed to be flushed several times to get down. Dated hotel. NO amenities. Not even a plastic bag.

Buffet access limited. One person at a time. Confined space.

Front desk could have been more informative about exiting the parking garage. I inquired about it just before departure. She said “If you have any problems, let us know”. When I entered the sign said take ticket to front desk when you check in. I had already checked in. I didn’t think much about it, but two cars had to wait behind me while I figured out that I was going to have to pay to get out, get my credit card out, etc.

Food was good, sleep was poor.

We ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel and really enjoyed both meals. Staff was helpful. Parking was convenient.

The blackout curtains in our room stopped a full four feet apart. Light and noise pollution came through the window all night and both my husband and I slept very poorly because of it. We also had difficulty logging into the internet in our room. The front desk staff suggested that we come down to the lobby to connect and then we would still be connected when we went back to our room. This worked.

Great comfort in staff, room and stay

Comfy bed, staff is great, peaceful. Really enjoyed ourselves.

Paying for parking. We are taking a risk already. It would be different if someone was watching our vehicles and paying them.

Crowne plaza hotel has bedbugs. Crowne plaza said they would reimburse our whole stay. Which we booked through booking.com, now booking.com wants me to pay 189.00 for taxes(which they already have my paid in full taken out of credit card already) then they will refund our stay. Why am i going to pay more money for a refund? . I just want my refund for a not so pleasant hotel stay. Thank you.
