Loved the quiet location and the unit.
The bed made loud crunching sounds whenever you sat on it, got up or moved during sleep. This would wake your spouse up at night if you moved or got up. Really annoying. The room wasn't ready at the 4:00 check in time.

The stairs were a issue for me.
There was only two towels, they need to fix the bathroom faucet which took a while and then another day to enter to fix another item. Cool they fixed it but we had kids running around and it was just not personal to us.
