Small pool for such a large place
One of the staff members was extremely rude while the other girl was extremely helpful. Our 1st night the AC leaked really bad. We got upgraded to a bigger and better room for our 2nd night

The breakfast accommodation
The pool area was dirty the entire stay after informing desk employee. She stated that maintenance was off.😠. Other than that the hotel was good place to stay.

The front desk staff were nice.
The shower and bathroom need an update. The housekeeping staff need to do better about cleaning the rooms for the next guest.
