Room was great. Family wedding weekend. Kept grand daughter and room set up was perfect for pack n play. Larger fridge was a plus.

This place was fantastic! Everyone that worked here was so friendly, nice and took their job seriously, which was so nice to see! Location was great for a base to go in any direction around Charleston. Also very pet friendly! Can't wait to stay here again!

The room was beautiful and clean, however the location of the room was in the noisy zone of the hotel. It was beside an entrance and exit door so we could hear everything throughout our stay. Leaving us with little rest and comfort.

I travel for work frequently and have stayed in a lot of different hotels, but this one was one of the best hotels I have stayed in! Friendly staff, clean and up to date facilities and a great breakfast! Definitely recomend!

I was very pleased with the cleanliness and amenities of both the room and the hotel. The breakfast was great. Location great. And though I presently do not have a dog, I appreciate that dogs are welcome! I’ll be returning to this property on my next trip to Charleston!

We have always had good service on prior visits. This visit was not so good. Our room was cleaned once out of a 4 day stay. No clean towels trash was running over. Had a hard time understanding the desk clerk when checking in.

I was there on business so I loved how close it was to places to eat. The room was excellent. Breakfast was surprisingly great, the omelette was top notch! Overall, I will definitely be staying there again when I’m in town.

Did not get the room I reserved. Had to sleep with three people in a long bed. The pull out couch was horrible. I was with people that don’t share beds. We had to because they said everything was sold out. We had made our reservations ahead of time.

Great place to stay! My husband and I were on a fun trip to Charleston. We stayed 4 nights here. The room was great. Clean and very spacious. So glad there were kitchen facilities. The breakfast served downstairs was very good. We will definitely stay at Home2Suites again.

Spacious clean rooms. Pet friendly. They provide breakfast each morning. Most sandwiches were semi warm.. bread hard, they do make fresh waffles to & oats or grits with all the toppings! If you are bringing kids, in the rooms they have a desk to eat at or end tables that pull out but there was no actual table in room with kitchen. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, dishwasher & microwave. I would def stay here again! Staff was nice.

The property was convenient to fast food, restaurants and shopping. It was only a 15-20 min drive to Folly Beach. Breakfast had a lot of options but not many that were gluten-free and/or egg-free. I would highly recommend this property!

My room was not clean throughly there was dog poop under my bed that I could smell but could not find until the night before I left because there was a huge palmetto bug I. The room that went under the bed where the poop was. Just a big freaking mess!!

We loved our stay. The only complaint would be the towels were too rough ( specially on our sun burn) and breakfast could have been better. Otherwise yes id stay there again and again.

Our stay was everything and more than we expected. The rooms are very spacious and the entire property is kept very clean and modern. Breakfast was ok only because I would prefer more options but overall good. The pool was great and nice temperature with grills. Very quiet & pleasant stay. We will definitely be staying again. Very friendly staff as well.

We have stayed at this hotel brand numerous times. We understand that it's pet friendly. However, the ENTIRE hotel reeked of dog. Our room smelled of wet dog. The staff did stop by and sprayed an industrial strength air freshner but that only covered the smell a little and actually iritated our breathing. The smell was so strong that we asked for a room change. The staff was very nice so it's not on them. Once we changed rooms, it was only slightly better. The comforter reeked of dog. Also, their cable pixalated ALL weekend -this never happened before at the other properties. Breakfast was good. The area is convenient to the freeways but the area looks sketchy. Big disappointment as the hotel is fairly new. I would STRONGLY suggest that you DO NOT stay here unless you want your room and your clothes smelling like wet dog - which I suspect people were probably washing them in the shower which also reeked. I don’t write this review lightly as i have stated at this brand multiple times. My wife had a slight rash on her cheek from sleeping on the pillow. Do you want to stay in a room where some other person's dog was probably on the bed? We should've paid extra and stayed at their property on Daniel Island. Its pet friendly but no way near the condition at this location. It was like a dog convention. We are very pet friendly but shouldn't have to come home reeking of wet dog and industrial air freshner. Im sorry to leave such a bad review but plz think twice about staying here.
