I only stayed for one night but had a wonderful experience. The house is quintessential New England charm, the staff was lovely and the breakfast was delicious. Its location couldn't be better, right outside of town and also walking distance to Steps Beach. I was able to borrow a beach chair, towels and even a cooler - I really appreciated the additional thought that went into amenities available to guests.

Matt, the owner of the Inn, gave us a warm welcome on arrival. The property is very close to the village of Nantucket, all within walking distance of great restaurants and bars and shops. Excellent friendly staff, Charles presented a great casual breakfast every morning and Matt had printed out great daily suggestions of things to do on the island. Free bus service on the island is a great way to get all over Nantucket. Clean, easy to understand transportation bus routes.
Can’t say a bad thing about this comfortable well run Inn.

Variety was good. Sourdough bread toast was a daily plus.
Window air conditioner location in proximity to the bed. Cool air blew directly on you.
