Location, history, staff helpful
Bathrooms need an upgrade. Very noisy at night with the outdoor restaurant and at 6am noisy with restaurant cleanup with bottles etc

The location is amazing you are literally in the middle of everything. Loved they put canned water in your room daily and tidied up without me having to ask. The use of bikes and beach gear is lovely.
The kleenex and the toilet paper were super thin, like irritate your nose thin. I went out and bought my own. There is no mini fridge to keep your drinks cold or leftovers, kinda annoying. There is zero insulation you will literally hear every door open, close, toilet flush, foot step, and conversation- if you are a light sleeper I wouldn’t advise staying. Also no room service if you are exhausted after a long day at the beach- you will have to go out and get food.

This was my first time to Nantuck and Jared Coffin House was centrally located and the fact you offered beach chairs, towels, breakfast and afternoon cookies was such a plus! thank you so much. the room was plenty big enough for the 2 of us and the beds were very comfortable
the shower could use a refresh, although the water pressure was excellent.

The location is great
The entire property inside needs an upgrade The furniture is drab uncomfortable and worn
The rooms are stuffed with furniture dressers etc but not one comfortable chair to sit in
Beds are too high
You really need to get a designer in who can redo with simple comfortable update furniture.
The shutters don’t close
