Location to the town centre. Excellent buffet breakfast and cool bar facilities (water, soft drinks etc) open 24 hours per day
Bedroom was on the small side-but perfectly formed, pillows needed to be upgraded as little life left in them

The property was beautiful and very clean!
The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. It may have even been broken. It was very uneven and my husband and I had a difficult time sleeping the entire trip. For the entirety of our stay, we only received two rolls of toilet paper. We could hear our neighbors complaining about this as well and calling repeatedly for toilet paper. The lock to our door was broken and it took about a half hour to fix and it was obviously something that had happened before. Everyone that we met that worked there was incredibly kind and a lot of these issues seem fixable! Provide adequate toilet paper, change the locks on the doors, and make sure that the rooms are actually serviced when requested and that amenities are properly replaced.
