It was good could’ve been better if I got my desire room

I like the price for the stay

I didn’t like how I wasn’t giving the room I booked then the staff said they didn’t have any more left

Not the best experience

The location was good, it was near to the places we were going to.

The room had ants and bugs. The first room we were given already had someone in it, and I opened the door to be surprised by the chain on the door. I went back to the desk to get another room assigned to us. We had no choice but to stay there for night, but the next day, we checked out.

The staff is friendly but I think the state of that place needs a lot of work to be done

The hotel is just very run down. A lot of things need to be worked on. My door wouldn’t even close all the way to my room unless I slammed it multiple times. The door looks like it was barely holding on along with the phone and the clock not working and multiple people had the same complaints as me while I was staying there. Some peoples rooms didn’t have phones or anything at all. Everyone had issues with the doors to their rooms not locking. That is unacceptable especially with the price of how much we pay

How close it was to our destination.

The beds were not comfortable and the carpet was stained up along with the tables. The tub had a big chunk out of it.

It was as expected

The parking was on-site and you could see you vehicle at all times.

The room I had was a no smoking room, yet there was a strong smell of cigarettes.

Poor Housekeeping

Breakfast was too plain and not that appetizing. The room was old and carpet worn out. Housekeeping was disappointing. They don't clean the rooms every day which I think is really bad. We only stayed there because it was close to where we were going daily. I may have chosen a different hotel even if it was 5 or 10 minutes farther.

Could be a better place under a new management

Yes, the variety of meal is typical of this type of hotel so not really perturbed with it, but the juice dispeller was amazing

Breakfast is horrible, though typical of most express way Hotel in the States. Staff were seen hustling breakfast with lodgers, I have never seen a place like this in my life. Hotel is tired and needs a revamp urgently. There were permanent lodgers and I think this hotel should be taken off Booking.com as unavailable or bookers to be made aware that there are permanent lodgers in the hotel. Not everyone would like such high traffic of permanent lodgers. Staff needs to be re-trained their comportment and the atmosphere portrayed by them is not inviting at all. Had to check out on day two of four!

We just needed a place to sleep and it was that.

Location was closest available to our destination. Check out staff was very good. Air conditioner was able to keep room at requested temperature.

Room seemed dingy/dark, lights were old, beds were creeky, bottom of tub was stained and had small cracks. Obvious repair to where shower bar attached to the wall. Water pressure in shower was poor. Water set to correct temp, but then would get VERY hot and then VERY cold--could have been dangerous if we had small children. Drain stoppers were missing in both sink and shower. Light above sink did not work on last morning. Hair dryer holder came right out of wall when reaching for hair dryer.

The area of the hotel and the environment was great

The hotel was ok.

I'm pretty simple, and all the basics were met. There were a lot of tv options. Quiet place. Roomy. Breakfast.

Someone kept banging on the door next to us at 12am for like 3 minutes and 2am again. My son was scared. Sometimes you can hear other people as you pass their rooms.

A nice hotel but the front desk lady ruined it.

The shampoo and soap dispensers were a nice touch in the shower.

Rude older front desk woman. She called me a liar and was extremely disrespectful.

My reservations was for 2 beds and only got 1. The hotel was sold out and wouldn't accommodate my reservation and it was already paid for. I contacted Booking com and no one has contacted me back either.

Spending my hard earned money and not get what I payed for.
