Great downtown location

The property was conveniently located downtown and near our events. The majority of the staff was polite and friendly. The lady working in the breakfast area was very hardworking and nice.
There is no working pool or hot tub as advertised. The hot tub has been filled in, so it’s gone and the pool apparently has been out of order since some time last year. Some customers were told they could walk over to the Atrium, if they called ahead, and use their pool, but not everyone that asked was given that option. The ice machine was also out of order, but they did bring someone in to repair it after our second night of it not working. The parking lot isn’t big enough when the hotel is full. Several large pick-up trucks didn’t fit in the parking spot’s provided and people had to park on the street or across from the hotel in a different parking lot.
