Staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was so comfortable that I fell asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow. My only issue was no grab bar in the bathtub. Very tall sided tub and I have balance issues.

We were on the 3rd floor and it was excellent. The attention to details was outstanding.
