Friendly staff and great location.
Wish the hot tub had been in working order and/or the pool was heated. Sauna was nice though.

Clean, comfortable, and close to everything
It felt a little dated or perhaps less grand compared to another Stoney Creek in which I stayed, but I wasn’t in any way misled; it was just my false expectation. This property was a great value, and I’ll stay here again.

The staff was phenomenal! Super friendly and checked me in early without additional charge. They were super sweet.
Hot tub was closed for maintenance. There was no notification about that. The “gym” was 2 treadmills. The breakfast was absolutely horrible - I went to the ihop in back of the parking lot. Walls were PAPER ZTHIN. I asked to be away from other guests, foot traffic, elevator, etc…..heard a tv that felt above my head loud and clear till 2am. No outlet to use mobile charger to electric car overnight - ANYWHERE.
