A very convenient and comfortable stay

Possibly the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. Decor was exceptional from the tile floor in the lobby to the plush carpet everywhere else. Loved the color too!

Air conditioning did not seem to tegulate the temperature well. I had to push the thermostat down to 64 just to feel comfortable.

The stay was perfect for our needs.

The breakfast was a typical continental breakfast. The location is great, it is close to stores and restaurants. I visit family in Quincy and the AmericInn was a better than other hotels nearby.

The front desk staff could have been friendlier. The pillows are not the type that I like but it was comfortable.

It was all OK, no issues really

The breakfast was terrible. We used a little bit and supplemented it with our own food. Not even a banana in sight. Give people a reason to come back or at least recommend.

Parking lot is very small. Beds were uncomfortable. Breakfast until 10am. Everything was gone at 9:15am and no one was watching and putting new hot food out. Breakfast room really small. Heard a dog barking all night in the second floor

nice water pressure in the shower

the breakfast, not much to choose from. no towels in my room when I arrived, had to call front desk and go get them myself. when checking in, the lady asked me why I was booking a hotel if I already had a house in that town (sometimes I take my kids to hotels just to get out of the house and go swimming)

never again

stayed here about 2hours, huge fight broke out parking lot right below my window at 1030pm called front desk told her it was out of control call police, then get a call back stating she had call manager to call police, after mutiple women yelling help! I called police myself, had to checkout due to safety concerns ask for my $$ back said they would have check with mamager. unable to take shower no shower curtain unable use tub bathtub stopper broke, found hair on shwer wall

Good pricing,

The bed was super comfortable. The decor was modern and nice.

The walls are very thin, so you could literally hear the conversation next door. The housekeeper started cleaning and vacuuming the hallway at 8:30am, which woke me up.

The worst part was that the room smelled of old smoke

Terrible breakfast. No coffee except in room. Juice machine out of order. Styrofoam (still allowed in IL?). Sausages looked old and limp.

Very disappointing. Didn’t get much sleep

Good was cold. Didn’t realize there was coffee until we were checking out since it was in a corner of the lobby behind a vending machine

Our original room had not been cleaned. There were bed bugs in the bed and sheets had not been changed. There was hair in the drain of the tub. The alarm clock and telephone didn’t work. The smoke alarm on the ceiling was covered by a sack They moved us to a different room that didn’t have a coffee pot or ice bucket But couldn’t sleep comfortably worried about bed bugs

Looked to be refurbished recently. Bed was comfortable. 1st time I've stayed in a hotel that the mirror didn't steam up while taking a shower. So either it was the lighting that the mirror was part of or the hotel's exhaust fan actually worked.

The breakfast offerings were sad.

Stay away from this one!

The lady at front was friendly but very hard to understand

When we got to room we pulled back sheet and there was blood stains on sheets went to front and the lady said yes i know and gave us a different room when walking in there the window was open and room smelt strongly of cigarette and pot. There isn't a curtain just a shade that is see through we slept with one eye open all night and was gone as soon as sun came up!!!

Absolutely horrific experience.

The king size bed was comfortable, the hotel room itself was very modern and updated. Literally the only thing that was good about this booking.

As soon as we walked in, the woman behind the desk did not make any bit of sense. We were traveling for a tournament and after 8 hours of being in a vehicle, youre ready to relax. Well she took her sweet time checking us in and we were the only ones in the lobby. We finally got our key cards and took the elevator (only used it once as it creaked and croaked while going up one floor), to the second floor where our room was. As soon as we opened the door to our room, the moldy mildew smell took over and was extremely off putting. My husband went down to the front desk to inform the woman and all she did was give us a can of glade spray that goes in an air freshener sprayer, and told us it should help. After spraying almost an entire can, and waiting about an hour, the smell came back with full force. I called the front desk and yet again the woman offered no assistance. Once we unfolded the sofa bed, the sheets were disgusting, covered in dog hair, and the mattress was stained so bad. There was dog hair all in the king bed as well and all over the place in the bathroom. It looked like the housekeeping didn’t even come in the room at all! Dust everywhere, it was disgusting. Still was offered no assistance when brought to front desk attention. The breakfast consisted of bread and bagels and biscuits, no fruit, no toppings, nothing but the 3 bread options.

I loved the new look, the bed was comfortable, the location was convientent

It wasn’t cleaned well enough, found balls of hair everywhere, also the shower would have been better with an actual shower head, also the wifi was not working
