Loved the location and room..

The front desk attendants acted very suspiciously.. They kind of interrogated me through an outdoor service window when I checked in later at night in the cold, and they kept trying to come in my room to catch the “other guy” they believed was staying with me.. when I was the only one in the room. a very uncomfortable and awkward experience. If it wasn’t for that I would definitely go back..

Room was very clean, outdated, but good value for the money.

No coffee maker in room. Not very friendly when checking in. Stayed for 3- nights, never asked if we needed clean towels. Or if we needed our trash picked up.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean room. Felt like a safe area.

The price was excellent! Perfect motel for our occasion. Didn't spend much time there except to sleep. Staff was friendly . Would stay here again.

The caulking around the tub could be done by someone who knew what they were doing.

Convenient location when visiting family. Comfortable bed, quiet and good water pressure. Friendly, helpful staff.

TV not working when I checked in, no more ice machine on site, ironing board in my closet had no cover, there was no iron, large picture missing from wall, and although they advertise daily housekeeping, my room was not cleaned once during my 4-night booking (fresh towels would have been nice). Lastly, there are clearly a few rooms that people are “living” in. More rooms are occupied than there are cars in the parking lot. The woman in the room next to me was outside several times (barefooted) picking cigarette butts out of the ashtray receptacles and smoking them. While this was my 5th time staying at the Belcaro in the last few years, sadly, it will be my last.
