Horrible

My bed I had to only sleep on one side. The right side is damaged. I’m scared it was gonna fall off. I didn’t get service. They said you had to go and look for someone. My stay was from Saturday till this Saturday. I will never book this hotel it’s not worth $2000 again Respectfully

It was right off the strip

Breakfast no meat. Need more choices. Bathroom door is connected to the closet door??? Also if the pool is under construction don’t show it put something over the window

Was amazing and lovely would stay again.

Very clean with plenty of close shopping stores around, staff was very helpful and kind.

Nothing.

The fact that they still charged my credit card even though we had to cancel last minute because our stay in Florida was cancelled by the condo owner three days before check in. Out of my control.... will not book with Hampton ever again....

The sign-in person Audrey was exceptional and the check-out person was exceptional as well. Breakfast was great

The sliding bathroom door needed lubricating. Curtains damaged at the top. The iron leaked water, could not steam iron my clothes.

Felt like a home away from home.

The hotel is in a great location, but it is the staff that made the visit. They were super kind and helpful, and made you feel at home. The room was very clean and well maintained, and I had more than enough toiletries to meet my needs.

The only thing I will say is that the door to my hotel room was not well sound-proofed, so almost anything going on outside and nearby rooms is more or less broadcast into my room. However, granted you are not sleeping past breakfast, this did not prove to be much of an issue due to the courteous staff and guests. The cleaning carts can be a bit loud during their scheduled cleaning hours, however that is expected.

The Hotel was clean and the furnishing comfortably. However, we booked this hotel because my son was competing in a state wrestling championship, and he requested a spa or hot tub for after his competition. The one at the hotel was not in working order and there was no way for us t know that until we booked, checked in and went to get in the spa only to find it broken.

Disappointing

Location was great.

We arrived about 2:30 PM and the room was not ready. I was informed that it may be an hour or 2 before it would be ready. The desk attendant informed me that she would give me a call when it was ready......I never received a call. When i returned the next shift was obviously there and the room was ready. The bathroom was not very clean. The tub had hair in it as well as hair on shower curtain. Tub had chipped paint and looked very unsanitary. I was very unsatisfied with my room but made it work.

Very clean and pretty. we loved the shower in our room. our room was very large and comfortable

the bed was a pillow top but wasn’t that comfortable. the only cover except for the sheet was the thick comforter. I would have liked a blanket instead
