Will certainly stay here again if in the area.

Didn’t try breakfast. The front desk clerk, I believe her name was Jamir’s, was so friendly and helpful. Completed my arrival quickly, knowledgeable . The room was very clean, no stains, so odors, plenty of linens, tv very satisfactory, fridge/microwave/lamps all functioned well. Bathroom was very nice, lots of counter space, hair dryer, soap, shampoo, hot water. We were very pleased with housekeeping staff.

The bed pillows were uncomfortable. I wish the pet fee was a pet deposit. We had two small pets, very clean, well-behaved, not allowed on bed/sofa; provided our own cage.

The shower nozzle won't stay in place. Not good design. Also one elevator was tricky to get the Floor 1 button to work.

Friendly Staff, Comfortable Stay, A couple of restaraunts walking distance. A nice park for kids driving distance.

(1) No toilet paper in room 1st night , (2) Previous guest left Bracelets in Drawer ( Drawers not checked) (3) Second night only one towel left in room for 2 guest (4) My wife's personal hand towel wrapped around her curling iron was taken.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

I was charged a smoking fee without any warning. The manager was rude when trying to get the matter corrected. We didn't smoke or vape in the room at all, but was refused a refund of the fee.

Half worth the price.

Very clean. One of the ladies at the desk was nice. Good breakfast.

Beds/pillows were hard. One of the elevators kept getting stuck with us on it. Pool was not heated like it said online. I also called twice before our stay to make sure it was and they said it was. But it wasn’t. One of the ladies at the desk at night was rude as ever. The air in the room didn’t get cold at all.

The location is super. Super clean. Wonderful breakfast.

A little musty smell in the room. They should correct that detail because the room was super clean. maybe cleaning with better smelling products fixes the problem.

Breakfast food service was not enough choices: no bacon..or grits on the menu. Bathe tub shower holder was crack off. It seems like that part wasn't renovated yet. This my 1st.stayin at la quintan inn , I go to a brand new one..not a renovated one.

lady who set up the breakfast was great. guy at checkin could use some training. wouldn’t freeze our ice packs and said

our handicapped room was way down the hall on the 2nd floor. toilet wasn’t comfort height. handle broken & we reported at check out. check out guy was very helpful.
