The rooms exceeded expectations! They were clean and had a a stove top, dishwasher, a standard size fridge with freezer that made ice. Downstairs they had a free gym and laundry as well as free coffee, hot chocolate and even a lending area and store for snacks. The staff was very friendly and Cat was very nice. The location was perfect. Will definitely book Candlewood again.

This hotel is dog friendly and very clean. The rooms are sufficiently updated and the staff is so very friendly. Cat and Ebony and Rachel were all very pleasant and welcoming . The pet fee is reasonable as well as the room rate. Everyone there was so sweet to our pup and us. You can tell they take pride in their hotel.
Wish they had king beds but only queen and fulls

Liked the mini kitchen!
Smells, most of the fitness equipment was broken, no one told us about ice? Quoted at checking in the wrong price!
Luggage carts were extremely bad and very hard to use and get through the front door …which the white door was filthy
dirty.. parking lot had a broken down car with a cloth for the back window and a flat tire…not good to see! We had a German cockroach on our bed in the morning …found out it was an Asian style bug that looks the same! Other than that we liked the place…on a scale 5 out of 10! Don’t plan on using this brand in the future!
