It was very comfortable and inviting. Near to restaurants. Very nice stay.

It’s ok but next time I’ll find someplace else to stay at.

Location was good. The hotel is old and dated and really shows it’s age. It was ok for 1 night and the breakfast place was jammed and people had to wait just to get in. They should have another breakfast place to use to relieve the crowding.

they kick me out of the room bc they found a grinder and a bong and they assume I was smoking weed, they never saw me smoking the cleaning lady was sneaking in my stuff and found the bong and the grinder plus weed is legal in California I dont understand their reactin on kicking me out

Matched my expectation

Breakfast is simple, just like other ordinary hotels. The rooms are older than I expected, but the rooms are clean and tidy. It locates near an airport but rarely has any planes landing, so there are no noise problems

The only thing I don't like may be the noise cancellation in the room. My friends and I stayed in two rooms next to each other, but I could hear her speaking to her family clearly due to the thin walls.

The staff was cheery, especially Haley and Tae Sun was amazing.

The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful to make sure we had everything we needed. The Breakfast staff, Tae Sun, was amazing! she was very helpful in helping me find all the items I wanted and helped me arrange my food for easy transport to my room. She is great!

Do Items to list! Perhaps a short comment about the bed... It was a little too firm compared to what we are used to.

We cancelled our stay, got a refund and went to a nicer hotel that we felt more comfortable at.

The front desk lady was very nice and helpful.

Property is extremely old and dirty, like 1970’s. Creepy men hanging around and staring at us. The elevator was scary to be in, bouncing around. The room was tiny for the price and our shower drain didn’t work. Water pooled and then drain had to be held up after shower in order to get all water to drain out. Overall, did not have a good feeling at this property. Would not ever book here again.

I don't think I would consider staying at this hotel again.

Room was fairly clean & we liked the location.

In one of the bedroom walls there was a small door --had a key hole but was not locked and it opened into some of the plumbing that were inside the wall--- a small child could possibly fall into it--definitely a safety issue. There were a few (3-5) adult males loitering in the hallway some sitting on the floor on their phones & also playing their music pretty loud until asked to turn it down, Also a few of them were loitering outside in the parking area as well.

Horrible,

It was inexpensive

The peopke living in the hotel. Had I known that I would not have booked. We have stayed here in years past and it was always a good experience. This was not good.

Location was good outside building good Inside old but clean front desk good

Beds were painful like concrete We had old towels ruff peeling wallpaper
