Definitely clean, AC works fine, all massive are their, easy check-in and check-out , water drained will from bathtub, bed was reasonably soft and comfortable
The breakfast is too basic just waffle bagel and cereal... And the exhaust in the bathroom didn't work, made noise but didn't actually exhaust anything

Breakfast was ok but extremely limited. Bread is terrible in the US.
Something common with all but one of the 25 properties we stayed in was the over use of plastic cups, cutlery and paper plates etc etc. Nothing seems to be re-cycled.
