I would explore other options in the area before staying here again.

The mattress on my bed was comfortable. There were large pump bottles of soap, shampoo, and conditioner instead of tiny bottles which are wasteful. The room was quiet and the front desk staff asked us which floor we would prefer. All appreciated.

The mattress on the pull out bed was dismal. The room had an odor upon entering, and the air conditioner was old. The window was not operational, I prefer to be able to crack the window for fresh air. There were grits instead of oatmeal for breakfast.

Treated me like family and even helped me and my son who is an infant up with our luggage

The staff were absolutely amazing! my room was so cozy and clean.

One of the best places to stay!!

everything! very very clean, rooms were large and the bathroom was also big. The staff were fantastic!! so friendly and helpful! the breakfast had a large variety of foods to choose from

the security told us to not leave anything personal in the car because people will break in! there’s need to be a garage for all cars!

we were very cold and uncomfortable.

the location was convenient with a lot of things nearby for shopping and eating.

we didn’t have any heat in our room the first night or entire next day, and were at soccer games in the rain, so came back to the room cold and couldn’t even warm up! They finally gave us a different room the second night but no discount for having a room with no heat. $300/night for a room with no heat is not okay.

Rowing machine and tread mill would be nice to have in the exercise room.

There was nothing exceptional about this hotel.

It was a standard Hampton Inn.

There was no sense of warmth or caring for the guests. Front desk clerks were cold and did not engage.

Too pricey for a 1 night stay.

Breakfast was good, much better then I expected. Location was prefect. Staff was friendly.

Not sure why I was charge 46 more dollars more at the hotel then what bookings.com said I be paying. I reached out to the hotel but no one answered back.

Passable

I loved how close the hotel was to everything and the hot tub.

I didn't like the fact that it seemed like the air conditioner in the hotel itself didn't work (it was really hot) and the fact that there was no fan in our bathroom. And on the website it says that the pool is outside, it's actually an indoor pool that was cold..I figure if it's gonna be indoors, it should be a little warm...
