The check in guy could’ve been friendlier but housekeeping staff was great - hotel looked brand new and the breakfast was great!!!

It was very bad we came in and noticed Both bed is dirty with blood stain and my daughter and I start feel ichy on off and notice alot black dots o. Bed sheet and found spider webs and little spiders on windows and think have bedbug had ask for new room new room look so much better hope we did t get bedbug 😓

Requested a king got two queens. Toilet wasnt flushing. After a 17.5hr work day i fixed it myself instead of waiting for staff.

Second time I stayed at this hotel. Service was good had a little mishap was given 2 queens instead of a king bed. Switched rooms but the door wouldn’t open on the second room. So it took another room switch but overall the stay was comfortable and the workers are friendly and helpful

Great establishment for the most part. Quick greeting at check-in, nice modern building. Great little pool. Room cleaning left something to be desired; We found shoes left behind in our room and the shower didn't appear to have been cleaned

Staff is absolutely the sweetest, location is close to everything and it was very clean. I’m not from the area so I was worried it wouldn’t be a good spot but it was perfect.

It was good. Only issue we had was there was blood on on of the pillow cases. Outside of that it was a good stay. Definitely will come back!

Hotel even does not provide a bottle of water. If you are looking for comfortable place to have a good rest durion your trip you should consider somewhere else. Lights and atmosphere are very poor overall.

Stayed here because we missed a connecting flight. The staff was great, the room was clean, there were lots of breakfast options. Walking to find a restaurant at 9:30 pm was not ideal. Most of the restaurants were closed but we were able to have a good meal at Red Robin.

I was very unhappy with the first room I was given. I got ready for my concert and did not touch the bed. I can back and was getting ready for bed and pulled back my sheet and found stains on my sheets, look like blood. I immediately contacted the front desk they were able to find me another room before I headed home 2.5 hours away at 2 am. Because I was not going to stay in that room . The front desk man was very kind and apologize for the incident. I am asking for a refunds for my experience .

Building is old and it shows. The washroom door wouldn't even stay closed for our room. The air conditioner rattled loudly all night long disturbing my family's ability to sleep. The front desk person didn't seem to care when told or offer anything. I wouldn't stay with Holiday inn again after this.

Wonderful hotel, best during my Seattle trip. The hotel is located conveniently located close to the airport. It is renovated recently. The material and design are tasteful and of good quality. In addition, the breakfast had the best selections and are good quality. Overall highly recommend.

AC worked poorly and often was not working at all. Olena at front desk was rude to S.O. and friend (laughed in their face) when asking for early check-in and late check-out.

The hotel lobby area and rooms were great; clean and comfortable. The Breakfast choices were the best I have had during all my travels. Unfortunately the maid service or lack of was an issue for the 4 days we stayed there. Even when we asked for our room to be serviced it wasn't and we did find out until walking into our room in the evening after a long day. Then when we asked for additional towels they would not have ready when they said and/or when they said they were busy and would say the would bring them up that never happened.
