Luis was very kind and friendly and made check-in a breeze. He went so far as to upgrade our room so that we'd have more space for our two teenage boys. Our room was bright, spacious, and very clean. We were visiting with a few other families, and we all commented on the comfortable beds and bedding. The breakfast was delicious and well-kept. Highly recommend this hotel!

Front desk was extremely rude upon check in, acted irritated we were there. Asked about the pool hours and were informed the pool was closed for maintenance (whole reason we booked this hotel for the kids to swim). Upon going to the elevator people were coming out of the pool. Went to front desk to clarify to be met again with an upset person. It was late so we went up and slept. Went down in the morning and another person coming out of the pool. Asked new people at the front desk about the pool and they said it is open. Super confusing! They apologized for the miscommunication. Went to the pool finally and it was so hot. I like a hot shower or bath but the pool was hotter than the hot tub. It was insane. Again let front desk know that the pool was excessively hot and another maintenance man came and dipped his fingers in and was also surprised at the temperature. We went up to our room and checked out a day early to find another place for the kids.

My stay here was ok, the pool was merky and the hot tub was look warm. The bed and room were clean, nothing fancy. I was disappointed that there were no built in USB ports in the room. There was a good variety of breakfast foods and coffee. The "crib" i requested and confirmed were not in the room like I was assured, and the "crib" was an old pack and play that needs to be retired.

Sofa sleeper sheets hadn’t been changed and was very dirty. Our room didn’t have any bath towels in it. After arriving late in the evening, we waited for hours for a pack n play, towels and a new sheet for the sofa sleeper because Front Desk said they were short staffed.

I stay here regularly and the past few time there has been no reg coffee in the rooms or to be found by the staff. Plenty of decaf but it’s like there is a shortage or they can’t find it anywhere. Strange. This trip, the AC unit wasn’t working in 2 rooms. When calling the front desk for help I was hung up on one of the calls and treated like a nuisance on each call and nobody answered on one of the calls. I was eventually moved rooms and situation with AC was fixed but overall personal treatment was sub par. For me, coffee, AC and decent treatment are non-negotiable so I was very disappointed.

The breakfast and staff at the breakfast were first class! Food was a nice variety, clean area and friendly staff. Check in was a disaster. We asked for an accessible room, and called ahead. We were told we would have to get it on sight upon arrival. We tried. My husband had to walk from the elevator to the very last room past 23 rooms to ours. Ridiculous. No stand up shower, just a tub. We arrived early to avoid these hassels and were told nothing they could do. Hallways on all floors were filthy, not vacuumed for a week or so. Pool was a funny color, hot tub the color of urine. No clean towels in pool or work out area. The bed was barely made, the fitted sheets would not stay on the mattress, not fun!

House keeping entered our room at 845 am. Called front desk their response was tell them to get out. Took no ownership as housekeeping gets the checkout list from the frontdesk.

The continental breakfast was amazing. They had all the extras and a huge variety. The staff was so fun and positive. Very easy to work with and made our check in experience fun! The bathroom was kind of icky. I think the shower needs regrouted and cleaned in the corners. Also, a garbage in the bathroom would be super awesome. 👍

I came in from out of town with my family around 1pm hoping there could be a chance to check in early. Nothing available at the time which was understandable because check in was at 4pm. The front desk told me that they had multiple room available like i requssted so it should be done by the time we came back. We went to a bridal shower came back after 4:40 and the room was done. They offered me a different room that i did not pay for and wouldnt accommodate my family. Over an hour and a half later our room was done. But while we were waiting 5 other families were served immediately! Then we finally get into our room with 2 very tired children and out bathroom light didnt even work! I will never book a room with them again.

As much as I enjoy staying here when I'm in town. Today I was checked in to a dirty room. The room wasn't ready and I was given the key cards and was told the room was ready. They did find another room, the window shed wouldn't go down so anyone looking up could see in my room when i passed by.

I stayed in the room type "King Study with Sofabed". The website describes this room as having a shower/tub combination, but my room had only a walk-in shower.

Arrived later in the evening. Desk staff was cool. I hate complaining! But, we Got into our room (on 5th floor). Notice it had a musty smell. Found black mold on the sealant of the bathtub. We were exhausted from our long trip that day so we decided to tough it out. The next morning we also notice that the pillows on the bed by the AC unit smelled bad too, and the carpet had hairs all over it…..sticking to your feet. There was a large oil like stain on the floor of the first bed and foot prints on the dresser drawers….indicating this room was not cleaned and serviced like it should have been. I Notified front desk the next day, they assured me it would be cleaned. Well, it never happened. I don’t have time to chase people down and ask them to do their job! There was also a large group of bikers that checked in and felt it was ok for them to park their bikes in front of the hotel, literally. We had to drive out and around the very end of the parking lot to go around them since they were blocking the front entrance/ exit to the place. I will not stay here again on our next trip to this area. That trip will be for several weeks, too. I’ll certainly book a different hotel. I travel over 5 months out of the year staying at hotels for most of that time and typically Hampton’s. This one really surprised me and was disappointing. It was part of a multi-hotel business trip across the state. Maybe they’ll read this and fix their personnel issues and protocols there.

When we got to the hotel we got our room cards, we reached to our room and the room we were assigned was a complete mess. There's cups on the sofa, room smelled of smoke, and most of the beds were all unmade. Luckily we went downstairs to tell them about the room and they assigned us a different room at the top of the hotel. Breakfast was decent. The pool and the hot tub was dirty.

Check in was easy, friendly & the place was quiet, clean and nice and cool in the middle of heat wave. Very easy to get to off the freeway but tucked away from the hustle so you feel like your away from the rat race. Easy parking. Great accommodations and excellent service.

Checking was at 3. We arrived there at 5 pm and our room wasn't ready. We had to wait 30 mins. The swimming pool was put of service and hot tub. The food was good and kitchen staff were friendly. The front desk were friendly too but couldn't comment as to why our room wasn't ready. The pillows didn't have much support, but beds were comfortable.I won't be staying at this Hampton. It didn't match the experience of other Hamptons. Thank you.

We got a killer deal for this room. The room felt luxurious and big. Everything was mostly clean although the windows had greasy forehead marks and handprints all over them. We were comfortable and slept great. Unfortunately our gas was siphoned, not once, but twice!!! We were only there one night. That made me question our safety a bit but for the most part it seemed like a clean center. A great organic market right across the street.
