Was extremely pleased when the fresh smell of clean hit us. Not a covered-up dirt, fresh clean smell. Carpets very clean. Very appreciated.
Bedding fresh and clean, bathroom and shower area very clean, no complaints at all.
Breakfast needs were easily met. Ceral, donuts, bagels, toast, oatmeal, Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, milk and orange juice with fresh bananas and apples provided. Wonderful people who run the place, very friendly and welcoming, you can tell they care about your stay. Nice area to sit and relax outside if desired. Gazebo and lounge chairs and picnic tables for many. We hope to be able to stay here in the future. Had a very nice long sofa and desk chair as extras. Television was easy to use and offered alot of options. Loved or stay.
We were not able to stay longer. Having a box of tissues handy in case not there, toilet paper works and its not like you have to walk far, so ok.

Room was super clean and the staff were very kind and helpful.

Clean room, very friendly and responsive staff. Good value / price, good location, safe area, quiet.
The breakfast is more basic than other (but pricier) places. No hot food - scrambled eggs, waffle machine, etc. but it is fine. It is a trade off for the price point and not a negative.

The room was extremely clean and I loved that they use mattress encasements. The view of the farms when you sit outside under the gazebo was tremendous.
The overall feel was a bit rundown. Although it was very clean, there was alot of damage to walls, paint chipping. And as soon as you walk into the office, you get hit with the smell of curry. That was way too much, it kept us from partaking in the free breakfast.
