the bed was very comfortable, the value was exceptional for the area compared to other locations, and the room was spacious. The town center of Orange & Chapman University are only a 10-15 minute walk depending on how fast you walk.
it's on a busy road so it was noisy between police, ambulance and trucks and the shower dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and soap were a little tricky.

Room was large and very clean. Only place I could find with 3 beds. Staff were very courteous and friendly. Definitely recommend.
The room with the 3rd bed was not air conditioned. It did have a fan though.

Could do with a fresh coat of paint. The hotel didn’t have many people staying there yet we were on the bottom floor with someone right above us who were noisy. The staff were friendly. Definitely not worth what we paid for
The breakfast kitchen could have been cleaner. The tables were dirty and food all over the floor.
