Rudest staff in my 20 years of traveling

Nothing

Rudest staff ever. The whole family was so angry like we knocked on their door and asked for a place to stay for free. Had to leave and look for another hotel. The payment is not refundable, so I think they don't care. Please avoid this location.

Not worth the money! I normally would not review if were a little bad but this was crazy bad

I liked nothing about this place. Overpriced for what you get. I read one review about the TV not working and had no idea how bad that situation was till I got there and the seats in the room had holes in them like multiple cigarette burns. I left and took only half of what I paid for the place. I HIGHLY suggest you book elsewhere.

Everything. It was dirty, the windows had no screens, neighborhood was ugly and they wouldnt let our second car park in even for an extra cost. They would not allow it.

don’t waste your money!

Cheap and smelled clean (although it wasn’t)

The first thing we noticed was a small shot liquor bottle that someone had left and housekeeping obviously did not see. The chair inside had cigarette burns all over. The top blanket also had cigarette burns. Most dangerously, The restroom had a window with no lock that led to an alley way. When peeking outside of it there were buckets stacked up that someone obviously uses to break in, rendering our room completely unsafe. When we informed the staff about this, the worker gave my husband a piece of wood to block the door from opening that was a lot smaller than the window. There were countless cosmetic issues. This seems like a facility not mindful of appearance, as mirrors are screwed to the wall directly into the frame and the door frame looked disastrously put back together. Our son was admitted into the children’s hospital nearby, this room was supposed to be a comfort to my husband and I when we would take turns resting. however, this turned out to be a nightmare. I was would never with a good conscience recommend this location to family or friends.

not good at all. a lot of sketchy ppl

the room they gave us was dirty. it had clothing from previous ppl who stayed there. the rooms smell really bad and the water pressure sucked. the curtains had cigarette holes and the furniture was dirty.

If only there was a manager?

It was inexpensive!

Both the sink and tub were clogged! Same as last time I was there over 4 years ago! Needed an upgrade then and still does! Furniture and bedding very old!

Not worth it - will avoid.

It was dirty. The room was dilapidated. The wifi didn't work on my new (Windows 10) laptop, despite even being an unsecured network (shiver). The homeless meth lady in the parking lot kept her area cleaner than my bathroom was, for which I paid $143 to stay overnight. The family that lived there was of little help.

Basic cleanliness and facilites. Wifi should work.

Convenient access to major sites in Anaheim.

Stains all over the walls, on the bedding and tattered furniture. Horrible fluorescent lights in the room.
