STAY AWAY! GO TO OWEN RED ROOF!

Nothing!!! Roaches up the WAZO!

Roaches everywhere every second u turn! EVEN IN THE BED!! No staff at front desk 90% of the time.

I did not stay this is a dump with strange people did not feel safe..drinking and smoking pot on 2nd floor and clerk did not care. Felt unsafe and did not stay..1st room not ready and stinky..2 room bathroom floor dirty and service person said she does not mop..after this I left and never stayed and never will nor will I ever use Booking.com

The staff

Stayed there on way down and back from Florida. The first night the room WREAKED of smoke(non smoking facility). Staff came right up to spray but only masked the smell. There was an open outlet on the wall, no plug in the sink (drain was wide open with no stopper), dingy room and there was no fridge. The second room the toilet ran all night, stained sheets, bathroom floor was filthy and smoke detector was apart hanging from the wall. Not even close to being worth the almost $100 I paid both nights. But the staff was super.

The comfort and cleanliness and size of the room. The amenities refrigerator and microwave. And the free Breakfast!! And pet stay free!!

Not enforcing quiet hours. There were people runyabs screaming at 12:30 am. Unacceptable!!!! Woke me up and couldn’t go back to sleep. I heard the racket at 10:30 pm and thought they have another 1/2 hour to quiet and it did not happen!! Very rude

The bugs in the room. The motel staff didn't have any bug spray and didn't seem too concerned. So I drove to a store, purchased bug spray, and went back to our motel room and sprayed the bugs myself. We probably won't be staying there again anytime soon but.

As generic but pain-free as this chain intends to make one's experience.

The breakfast was sufficient but basically continental. Staff were friendly and generally good about refilling things, but nothing in the offerings stood out (bagels for the toaster were the highlight).

This very basic hotel is fine, located just off the highway near lots of amenities, and would be a good deal if it were slightly cheaper. It has the air of a tired hotel/motel with 'good bones' that has been spruced up/painted over but is being well-maintained.

A yucky start to our holiday travels.

Convenient to I 95 location. Our reservation was messed up due to a booking.com error. Thanks to the gal at the front desk, having run into this situation before, was able to direct us as to what we needed to do in order to get the matter corrected.

Our booking was messed up due to a booking.com error. The room was terrible. The bathroom especially so. Tattered, dingy towels! The tissues were a small personal size pocket pack. Breakfast was less than fast food quality. Prepackaged microwave fare. We would NEVER stay at a Red Roof again.

Great option to stay on an I-95 trip!

Pretty much everything! The hotel and room were clean, the staff was great, and breakfast was just what we needed before we left.

Getting to the hotel was a little odd, due to the divided road, but not bad.

The two bed sheets were soiled with bodily fluids on the sheets & comforter & blanket. There was red cough medication or red juice on the mattress pad & house keeping never changed or washed the mattress cover or the sheets. There too was a large burn on the mattress cover & house keeping never cleaned the room. The sink was dirty. There were empty light bulb sockets & the main lock was broken on the door.

A filthy room. Poor lighting & not safe with a broken latch on the doot.
