Clean and new and right off 95, but small small rooms and meh breakfast.

It was clean and new and the staff very very nice.

Our room was teeny tiny and the breakfast was terrible, not at all as pictured in the ad.

L’emplacement et petit déjeuner

Que les chiens soient admis. Ils jappent jour soir nuit et ce n’est pas en demandant un suplément qu’ils vont arrêter de japper. Lors de mes recherches, j’ai demandé un hôtel sans chien mais ils me sortaient cet hôtel à plusieurs reprise. Le lit n’avait pas été changé et il y avait du sang sur les couvertes.

Accommodations are not worth the cost

Location

The accommodations were terrible for the money. I don’t mind paying for value. I honestly would have selected another hotel had I known how small this room was. No closet or microwave and it was $200/night? Unheard of. I’m a Hilton Honor’s member but I may look elsewhere to reserve if Tru is my only option.

It was an enjoyable stay and the location was convenient!

Room was clean and comfortable!! Overall the room was also quiet. The morning breakfast was also tasty. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We didn't use the pool was happy that it was available.

We would have liked to have Hard Seltzer as an option in the lobby. We did the Stella Artois beer though. The food options were also OK but would have like to have had a few more options instead of getting doordash.

Great place to overnight on the way to FL.

Breakfast was adequate for a free breakfast. Hotel is nice, clean and new. Lots of details attended to, like a night light in the bathroom.

Good hotel for a short stay

Seems like a brand new hotel, everything was clean and fresh. I liked the big bottles with shampoo and conditioner- less wasteful which is nice.

Walls are pretty thin so getting a good night sleep might be hard if there are chatty people staying in the rooms next to yours.

Little dissappointing

Lavazza coffee! Was great to find excellent coffee. Exercise room was good, kettle balls were a nice addition. Room was clean and tidy

I requested a second blanket twice, but never got it. My husband complained that the pillows were both uncomfortable and he did not sleep well due to that. Staff wasn't exactly rude, but they weren't particularly friendly either. Was difficult to get a smile out of anyone there. Breakfast was OK, but not excellent. I thought this hotel was pricey and wasn't quite up to the value.

We stop in Roanoke Rapids on drive up north every couple of months would not stay here again

You could hear people around you flushing toilets and in hallways Breakfast was terrible 3 bagels no toast not much to eat very disappointing we were there at 7:15 so should have had more available

Great location, and great staff!! Comfortable bed; nice shower even for tall person!!!!! Yummy pancakes for breakfast.

Bathroom really needs an exhaust fan!!! Light switches in room were very confusing!

Good for a stop along the road.

Parking, location to the expressway and availability to secure on bookings.com.

I came with my dog and the front desk guy was seriously snippy about where the dog could and could not be. The "dog area" should be clearly marked instead of having the guy be mean to us.
