The room was very clean
The people staying there, scratched my truck in the middle of the night 3 times. Very unhappy about that because now I pay to fix the damages.

Nicely located in Bend, big room and easy parking
At 2 am, a large group of people came and made a lot of noise for quite a while. In addition, at 3 am, a train drove by and honk, so the night was quite tough.
The curtains had too much gap, and plenty of light (even during the night as there are lights outside) came in the room.
The floor was badly installed or broken, there were multiple gaps.
