The 3rd floor room was really nice with a balcony with 2 chairs and a table that overlooked part of the train yard and the mountain that people paraglide off of. Clean and well cared for room.
the lack of parking close to your room, limited amount of handicap slots. Just not enough land available for parking in this downtown area.

The property was great.
We were given a funky room with no porch or balcony and the hot tub was not working.

Ideally located for our trip on the Durango to Silverton steam train and many good restaurants.
The buffet breakfast was poor, paper plates, plastic cutlery and a poor selection. On our second morning we chose to have breakfast in town, despite having paid for it at the hotel as part of the inclusive price
