Friendly and helpful staff
some of the maintenance was properly, When we arrived we found that there were no batteries in the remote for the TV and one of the light bulbs was burned out. I contacted the front desk and they supplied new batteries for the remote and a replacement light bulb. this quickly fixed those problems. Later we found the toilet worked but wouldn't flush properly. I took the lid of the back of the tank and by fiddling with the flush valve I got the toilet to flush OK but it took nearly 10 minutes for the tank to refill. I informed the front desk of the issue.. Fortunately the person at the front desk was friendly and as help full as he could be

Location a few guest whom were very nice.
Only problem we had was it was not clean how a hotel/motel should be clean. No ice machine was a big surprise and so inconvenient. Breakfast again nothing seemed to work in this hotel and it needed cleaned and stocked couldn’t find anyone worker to help so my girl cleaned and stocked it. Juice nor milk dispenser worked again fix your stuff and get a good cheery cleaning staff this would be a AMAZING place to go and stay then.

I was traveling from 10 hours away, alone with a pet. Staff accommodated my need for a downstairs room to keep from carrying a huge 75 lb crate a long distance by myself. I needed to leave a day earlier than expected. I was refunded promptly without hesitation. I truly appreciate their efforts to make my stay stress free.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Great staff!
No elevator so we had to manhandle our large suitcase up several flights of stairs.
