The price was good for an overnight stay after a concert. We just needed somewhere to sleep. Air conditioner worked great and kept the room cool. Overall was not unsatisfied with our accommodations.
We did have ants in our room, The pool was not available (and looked like it had been out of commission for a while) which would have been an issue if we stayed for more than one night.
