An okay place to stay overnight, unless you're in a wheelchair

The room, itself was okay & was large enough to accommodate my wife and her wheelchair.

The bathroom was poorly designed to accommodate someone, who is in a wheelchair. You're not able to get from a wheelchair onto the shower chair, because the bathroom door swings inward against the bathtub.

The lady at check in was nice.

When we checked in, there were what it seemed to be maybe 50 cameras just in the lobby and hallway. Once we get to our room, the air is off, BOTH bed are dirty. One bed had stains and hair and the other had stains. The owner didn’t want to give us a refund so we settled for $55 back out of the $87 we spent.

Disappointing

Good location.

The room had a very weird smell. The floors were really sticky. The air conditioner needs to be cleaned. It was making my kids sick. Over all they need to do better at clean the rooms and put some airfreshers. The hallway was dirty.

For the price I paid there was no continental breakfast, no muffins, toast, cold cereal, juice nothing the only thing they did have was just coffee, I am not a coffee drinker. I got 2 rooms and in one of them the toilet didn't work, the little Hindu guy at the front was about as helpful as tits on a bull. We decided to leave a day early and the same guy at the front desk from the night before refused to be of any assistance when I requested a refund for the unused night because we choose to end our trip a day early. He said that it's already in the system and he couldn't do anything about it. I asked for a corporate number and all he said was go to the website. I will not be returning.

Exceptional

It's peaceful and quiet the staff is very friendly. The beds are comfortable.

I booked the kind deluxe with jacuzzi tub and when I got here to check in the you get worker said that to wasn't available although me and my husband had it reserved.

Liked how it had jets in the tub. ( don't know if they worked tho)

The staff is rude... as soon as 11am hits you can't use your card to get back in so if your a minute late (getting ur stuff in the car) you have to go all the way to the office to get in the hotel,or ur room!! & when you are handicapped it's harder to move and get out. It was literally 11:02. I had to walk 3 times as much for no reason and they didn't even care or try to help. Never will I go back to that place. Now I remember why I pay 200$ for a hotel that actually helps you.. YOU DEFINITELY GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!.... 80$ for the room... should have been cheaper!! Such a same. I have never left a review.

how cheap but that’s it

did not get the room I booked. found a knife and old underwear.. asked to get the room I booked he said no. and but us by the entrance which kept us up all night , it was honestly miserable. next time I will be spending a lil more for a better hotel.

Swinger/addict hotel.

Ease of check-in.

The first room we we given had a windowless hole in the bathroom shower wall into the bedroom. The second room had a half full hypodermic needle on top of the bathroom light.

I will go to a more expensive place than save a buck.

manager was hard to find and argued that I had paid and then said there was something messed up with booking.com. vending machines did work right and not stocked.

A one night stay ended up costing me double in doctor bills.

I contracted scabies from the motel! I have no way to prove this except for staying there and 5 days later I saw the first signs. 7 days after my stay, I went to the doctor and was diagnosed. Even the doctor said the time line was textbook.
