Great spot if you don’t mind a lack of comfort !

The property was in a great location and parking was always available.

The rooms were not something I would book again. The bed had a metal futon like frame and sunk in and made awful noises. We were in a room that had an adjoining room and we heard every sound in their room as well so there was a lack of privacy and rest.

Zimmer, nahe zu Bildmore Anwesen. Frühstück und von Aussen sehr gepflegt.

Zum Teil schmuddelig. Sollte vor allem im Gang besser gereinigt werden. Kein Safe im Zimmer.

I loved the easy access to the highway

Our king size bed was definitely worn. It actually sunk down in middle. We were able to get some sleep, but I do believe it’s time to be replaced.

I mean no disrespect

I liked the convenience in proximity to my work and the interstate. I had a retirement ceremony planned for Friday morning the 8th March, so we wanted to be close to my facility, so we came the night before, planning on a 2 night stay in Asheville.

Several features in the room were not operational. We gave a list of those items at check out. I hope they will be fixed before next occupant uses the room. We left 1 night early due to disappointment of several things. I do not normally fill out reviews on anything, but this trip I feel the need to do so. I work in Asheville, live in Hickory, so wanted to relieve the commute time the morning of my retirement ceremony. Looking backward, I would have just stayed home had I known of the issues with the room. I had stayed at Brookstone Lodge prior to this stay a few years back due to winter weather years ago, and had no issues. That is the reason I chose to book this stay this time. Just like the title I'm giving my review, I mean no disrespect, I am thankful we had a place to stay Thursday night. Please use this review as constructive criticism for the future as that is how it is meant.

The lighting was bad. The room wasn’t somewhere I would want to hang out for long.

Very pleasant and convenient hotel near Biltmore Village!

Our room had a sitting area which was good. I liked the step in shower the most.

Parking was not an issue on this trip because so few were in the hotel. But parking could be an issue.

Great location and property was very clean. Staff was great

We left the room around 10am one day and returned around 8pm and our room wasn't cleaned that day. They seemed a little stingy on soap and shampoo. Had to ask for extra.

I will never stay in an Ascent hotel again.

It was clean.

Upgraded room was 2nd floor next to outside tools and facing somewhat noisy road. Pool was cloudy which is imbalanced chemicals. Breakfast was horrible. Coffee horrible.

The room was nice and clean staff was friendly, the Breakfast was ok, it was a very nice hotel. I would recommend this hotel.

Noisy (not a lot of sound proofing). Running loud vacuum cleaners in hallways by 9 am. Air conditioning loud and musty but not overly bothersome.

Probably won’t return anytime soon, but somehow still a great value

comfortable king size bed. close to biltmore village. good value.

lots of maintenance and remodeling that you had to walk by in order to access common ground floor level facilities (bathrooms, ice machine, pool). the doorway to these was often blocked by maintenance supplies. first floor if not entire hotel smelled like paint. hotel room floors did not seem particularly clean - didn’t feel clean when walking barefoot. didn’t have fresh brewed coffee with breakfast. shipping containers and other junk spread across the parking lot.

Lighting in the room was borderline inadequate and furniture arrangement was weird.
