what an awesome motel! we had a great time staying at the motel. great location all restaurants are nearby. very clean and welcoming staff. stay here again.

Nothing else was needed for the weekend in Longview

friendly staff will be back next year 2023!! staff went out of their way to accommodate my needs including turning on the tv. He also helped me with the directions to the hospital.

Absolutely nothing. Everything looks great.

Disappointing

Dirty, loud, didn't get the queen beds I paid for. Instead there was a dirty fold out cot. Bedding was dirty. The whole room was dirty. You could tell it wasn't clean

Awful

The cleanliness of the facility was terrible! There were ashes in the tray as well as on the night stand. Coffee rings and food on the sink. The mattress box spring was horrific! It was stained yellow and brown. There was no bed skirt to at least mask the filth. For the money spent for the night it was awful. A lot of places claim they add additional fees due to covid sanitization, but with the obvious crud and recent debris it is obvious no such sanitization let alone cleaning took place

The guy we dealt with was wonderful and if we ever stayed there again it would be because of him.

There was no breakfast and the location was noisy. We really liked the staff, he did all he could do to make us feel welcome and comfortable.

Only I bed had a blanket and only 1 wash cloth and the room felt dirty.

The stay made me feel dirty, what a gross motel.

Nothing, left me feeling grimy.

First I chose the wrong arrival time, the man who checked me in was so rude about the miscommunication. I apologized, which he just kept telling me all about my mistake. The room itself was terrible, the carpet stained, sheets stained, fridge smelled like rot, room was soooo hot. I wish I hadn’t wasted my money. My two small children should not have been there. Don’t stay while on your travels with the family.

Disappointing

The room itself was dirty. The floor was gross, everything on the floor turned black. There was dirty underwear found in the room. And the bathroom looked like it hadn't been clean at all!

We were changed to the ground floor which helped my husband

Really sketchy location and other people were a little suspicious.

Adequate.

Beautiful abundant flowers. These really made the grounds charming. Location easy to find.

There was a strong smell of marijuana in the parking lot. I had to move the bed to plug in bedside lights. Bathroom sink light was non functional. Room had a musty smell.

The shower was like a pressure washer!

It was dirty. Found left over kids toys. Leftover food in the mini fridge. Getting clean towels was a chore. The bed side lights are connected to the main light, so it was all the lights or no lights.

No breakfast although close to other places to serve food

Overall, the stay was just okay dad

I liked the jacuzzi tub I paid for in my room very much! I also enjoyed that there were parking spots available right in front of the room!

No breakfast. Staff was rude and unfriendly. The room was very obviously not cleaned very well before a guest stayed in it.

Honestly NOTHING it was an emergency stop and the hotel was dirty, dirty towels, noisy, bed was very rough and carpet is dirty!

Super dirty, dirty beds, I had to use a personal sheets for my girls the carpet was dirty also and very noisy NEVER come back again! Worst experience in a hotel room. Sketchy place not good for families.

Frustrated and angry!

I was double charged for one nights stay.. My Visa card was charged by Booking.com and by motel. I have tried to call booking.com but can't get through..

High price point. Tub had debris coming from jets. Friendly staff.

I liked the tub. Despite it not being fully cleaned so I packed supplies and cleaned it myself. .

Seemed steep for the price point. It was clean tho and had towels this time. So that's a bonus.
