Enjoyable breakfast around a converted piano shared with the other guests, encouraging us to chat with each other. Rooms seemed to be individually designed with care and expertise.
Walking the local area at night didn't give the safest of vibes, but if you are visiting by car, not an issue.

fast internet and new tv
the bathroom needed major renovation--room was too cluttered with furniture--there was a cloying smell throughout the house--across the street from the major hospital--towels, dishes, sheets, furniture and all decor looked like it came from a yard sale--no Kleenex in the room--no basic toiletry kit in the room- -snacks came from costco and resold at a high price--no coffee station in the room--the house was on a street with abandoned burnt down houses.
