The whole set up was very clean. Obviously the motel was just refurbished recently and was very well done. The room was immaculate and quiet even though the motel is right on a busy road. Would book again.
Not much to not like except being on a busy road across from some apartment buildings. Was still very comfortable.

We booked last minute and they were very accommodating. I'm sorry I forget who helped us at the front desk but he was kind and helpful. We had a plane to catch the next morning after 2 weeks of camping and I am so thankful we were upgraded at no extra charge to a room that had an attached separate bedroom so my kids could sleep while my husband and I got all of our bags packed. The neighborhood didn't seem like the greatest but I felt very safe on their property getting luggage in and out of our car at night while packing. I always look for hotels that have a high cleanliness score and they did not disappoint, both the bathroom and bedrooms were as clean as hotels can be. For a quick in and out hotel in Eugene this was absolutely perfect.

The hotel is clean and well-run with a friendly staff. It is easy to find in Eugene.
The air conditioner was much louder than we liked, even on the lowest setting. I did not find the bed firm enough. There was quite a bit of street noise from cars passing, it's on a busy street. We feel the previous reviews did not fully match the reality and we did not get the restful sleep we needed after a long day's drive.
