This was a great place to stay the night before the UC Merced graduation. Staff was friendly and the room was clean. A bit of party noise came through the walls, but I don't think this would usually be an issue.

Convenient location to all the local eateries and stores for us.
It was super quiet like in not many people staying the night there even on a memorial weekend.

The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The room was clean.
No coffee maker in the room even though website and receipt said there was. The next room had children with loud voices and the walls are very thin! The refridgerator didn't get cold and the bed was not made after the first night. The room was large but did not have a table, just the desk and chair under the TV.
