Location was great, walked just a short distance to a couple of bars and a convenience store, the light rail runs right outside and these a station close by so I was able to go straight to PIR for the car show/Vintage car racing I was attending.
In a quiet area and feels safe.

There’s a part of the sidewalk outside that is broken up with pipes sticking out.

Clean, comfortable beds, easy parking, no problems. Convenient to a streetcar line. Reasonable kitchenette but we weren't there long enough to use it other than the fridge and coffee maker.
No negatives, for this class of motel I think it was very good value.

Location, free parking, close to the highway and walkable distance from Mississippi Ave.
Spacious room, beds are comfortable.
Booked only 2 nights. Arrived at 8pm and they already charge 1 night in case I didn't show up. The first morning staff knocked 3 times at the door for house keeping. The second morning they called my room 5 min before check out time to ask if I was leaving or not.
No ventilation in the bathroom.
No double drapes on windows.
The price of this motel is the same as much more comfortable hotels downtown.
