Location close to restaurants on Mississippi Ave and a New Seasons grocery store. Room kept clean and tidy.

The staff was amazingly helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. The beds and bed covers plus blankets were wonderful. The room heating controls provided a comfortable temperature. And the bathroom towels were positively luxurious. At initial booking the stated room rate was quite high, but we accepted it because of location - proximity to the Kaiser Hospital. Upon check-in, the room rate was much lower and more in line with our expectations.
There is street noise all night long because of the public transit train. There are very few restaurant options nearby. However, we drove several blocks north and found a New Seasons grocery store where we purchased excellent prepared, ready to eat food for purchase.

It was what we expected for the price we paid.
Our room 214 toilet was very cramped difficult to use.
