Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was a perk and minus to the stay as you could hear a fair amount of road/tram noise, the earplugs in the room where a good feature and needed for a good night's sleep.
Road noise was louder than expected. Valet parking was $43, we were able to secure free street parking one block away for the duration of our stay.

The room was very clean and nice that there was a separate living room/kitchen
It was so very cold in the room. That is one that no we didn’t like at all.

Restaurant, and close to the Moda center
We showed up after 4pm and no room was available. We waited for 40 minutes in the lobby for a room. Which then made us late for our dinner reservation. Then I paid for a room with a view but then got a inside corner room with a view of only the parking lot, after I booked the room 10 months in advance. We always stay here for concerts and have always had a great experience. This time not so much
