Un hotel un peu défraîchi quoique bien entretenu (les chambres sont très propres). Le personnel est professionnel mais le sens de l’accueil n’est pas très développé (difficile d’obtenir une réponse à un bonjour).
L’hotel mériterait une rénovation. Il est situé au bord de l’autoroute et la zone n’est pas très agréable. Le petit déjeuner est plutôt basique mais l’essentiel y est. Mais le point le plus agaçant est le fait que la salle de peut déjeuner soit toute petite par rapport à la capacité de l’hôtel. Les clients doivent faire la queue pour déjeuner dans les sofa de l’accueil avec les enfants… ce n’est pas acceptable.

The receptionist was super nice! Breakfast was basic. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
The one thing I didn’t like but couldn’t be helped was that my room was next to the elevator and it was quiet compared to the kids running in their rooms upstairs.

The room was clean, and the check in staff was helpful and friendly.
The breakfast had few choices, very little for anyone with dietary restrictions.
