I was greeted by a very nice gentleman as soon as I walked in. I stay there almost a year ago. The place looked dirty and rough back then. This stay the outside of the building was cleaner, the inside looked like they had painted and so much cleaner. I noticed the difference from last year. It was nice surprise. The breakfast area was neat and clean. Very bright. Breakfast was very simple. No hot eggs or meat but for the price you can not complain. It did offer hot waffles, oatmeal packs, milk, juice and hot coffee with flavored creamer. That was a nice suprise because some restaurants don't even even offer french vanilla creamer any more. Toast, small bagels with cream cheese and fresh apples and bananas. Again for the price I thought the breakfast was very good.
Just like last time I stayed in a non smoking room but it still smelled like smoke.

It was very clean and the grounds were kept up. The staff was friendly and efficient.
Since the breakfast was very limited and I have a gluten allergy, there was very little for me to eat.

The room was affordable and adequate. The staff was friendly.
T he overall appearance of the motel looked rough. There was lot of noise in the evening caused by an entrance door that slams shut loudly. The breakfast was very minimal. The night before my stay I stayed at another establishment for for the same price and the breakfast had scrambled eggs, sausage, toast, waffles,pancakes, full-sized bagels, juices, fresh fruit, muffins, etc.
