We had an issue with the first room and the staff went out of their way to make sure the issue was resolved. I appreciated that level of service.
Management clearly turns down the air conditioning to save money or for whatever reason, but this area is humid. Doing that makes the hotel feel damp. You could feel it and smell it. They might want to rethink that technique.

Staff was friendly. Bed was amazing. Starbucks next door. Quietest place I have stayed in in a long time! No noise from hall/other rooms around us!

The front counter employee was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean. The pool was great and enjoyed swimming with the family. Will return on next trip to Bloomington, IL
The breakfast was lacking. Had no bagels, toast, or milk.
